Terrence Ryan

Chief Executive Officer

Terrence is chairman and CEO of LaunchPoint, a company he co-founded to specialize in building information-centric businesses that leverage emerging technologies such as cloud computing and advances in information management and analytic disciplines.  LaunchPoint’s two divisions are Discovery Health Partners, a healthcare cost containment specialist, and Ajilitee, a consulting firm with competencies in business intelligence, information management, agile analytic solutions, and cloud enablement.   Before LaunchPoint, Terrence led the Worldwide Information Management practice for Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he was responsible for building HP’s global presence for information management services. In this capacity, he led strategy, portfolio development, and programs for consulting services in business intelligence, content management, data management and unified information management.  Terrence joined HP in late 2006 when HP acquired Knightsbridge, the leading business intelligence consultancy in the U.S. that he co-founded.  Prior to Knightsbridge, Terrence held various leadership roles at Lante, Technology Solutions Company and American Management Systems. Terrence’s consultative management background, significant domestic and international leadership experiences, and executive oversight in many capacities have directly impacted many companies’ year-over-year growth and success over the last 20 years. This includes service on multiple Boards of Directors for corporations, universities, and not-for-profits.

John Bair

Chief Technology Officer

John has decades of experience building complex information management systems and is an inventor on six data management patents.  Before joining Discovery Health Partners, John worked as the lead technologist of the Worldwide Information Management Services practice for Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for defining HP's technology strategy, reference architectures, and methodologies for business intelligence and information management services.  John previously worked as CTO for Knightsbridge Solutions, a leading BI consultancy, which HP acquired in 2006. There he served as chief architect on enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence implementations for Fortune 200 financial services, healthcare, retail, and high tech industries.  Previously he served as Principal Engineer and Data Warehouse Architect at Amazon.com, where he created high-performance scalable e-commerce business intelligence systems including Amazon's enterprise data warehouse and analytic services. In 1995, John co-founded Leep Technology, a developer of data mining, customer relationship management, and data warehouse software that was acquired by Amazon.com in 1999.  John is a frequent presenter at business intelligence and data warehousing conferences.

Diann Bilderback

Chief Marketing Officer

Diann brings 25+ years of experience in technology marketing, primarily in fast-growth entrepreneurial businesses.  Most recently she was Director of BI Services Marketing within Hewlett-Packard's newly formed Worldwide Information Management Services practice and its successor organization, the Worldwide Business Intelligence Solutions team. At HP, Diann led the global marketing launch of multiple new service offerings and managed an integrated program to establish HP's BI consulting credentials. Prior to HP, Diann was Director of Marketing of Knightsbridge Solutions, a leading business intelligence consultancy. At Knightsbridge, Diann built a powerful and durable brand and established the company as a thought leader in the BI space, earning Knightsbridge more than a dozen industry awards for leadership and best practices.  Prior to Knightsbridge, Diann held executive marketing roles at Technology Solutions Company and Advanced System Applications, served as a marketing consultant to early stage technology firms, and published a magazine targeted to the interests of students planning careers in technology.

David Grice

Vice President of Sales

David brings significant sales leadership experience from leading companies including HP, Knightsbridge, and Ernst & Young, where he successfully built high growth, profitable, and well-operating teams.  At HP, David’s sales leadership resulted in his appointment to lead the Global Healthcare practice in HP’s Business Intelligence Solutions Practice.   David joined HP from Knightsbridge, where he distinguished himself as the highest producer in company history.   David worked to diversify Knightsbridge’s practice focus to include all aspects of the healthcare value chain including provider, payer, pharmaceutical, medical products, and health services enterprises.  He also was a key player in expanding the practice’s functional experience into key business areas, including clinical management, supply chain management, sales and marketing improvement, and R&D.  Before then, David specialized in healthcare emerging technologies and provider data integration at Ernst & Young, where he also served as the regional expert for the firm’s hospital data integration practice.

Allison Keeley

Director of Operations

Allison joined Discovery Health Partners as Director of Recovery Operations in 2008.  With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare cost containment industry, Allison has a reputation for focusing on strategic solutions to increase operational results.  She continues to build upon her proven track record driving recovery performance with effective team leadership, business process innovation, and the application of new technologies. Previously Allison spent 14 years at Primax Recoveries, Inc., which was acquired by Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS) in 2006. Under her leadership as Director of Recovery Operations, Allison led the Recovery Unit to produce over $150 million in gross recoveries annually. She created and implemented innovative recovery processes and increased departmental accountability by establishing productivity metrics and a quality auditing program.  In addition, Allison streamlined current processes, leading to significant cost savings for the division.  Allison also demonstrated her strong leadership skills by initiating peer-based training programs and consistently developing high performers in the organization.  Earlier in her career, Allison managed recovery teams in addition to providing subrogation and reimbursement recovery services for a wide array of clients including insurance companies, HMOs, self-insured corporations and government at both Primax Recoveries and Coghlan, Joyce, Kukankos and D'Arcy, a Chicago subrogation practice. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. Norbert College and has a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University.

Elizabeth Longo

Director of Legal Services

Liz is an established cost containment attorney with nearly 20 years of business accomplishments and improved results.  Before joining Discovery Health Partners, Liz was a senior attorney with the law firm of Coghlan Kukankos LLC, where she had broad responsibility for administration, management and development of the firm, including hiring and training as well as benefits compensation and incentive plan design.  During that time, Liz earned extensive experience in subrogation and coordination of benefits and reimbursement, and developed and grew subrogation programs for numerous self-funded and insured health plans.  Liz has handled thousands of subrogation cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, specific risk and legal malpractice with significant positive outcomes.  Her extensive knowledge and hands-on approach to implementing subrogation programs has resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars annually for plans she has represented. Liz has litigated noteworthy employment and benefits cases in federal district courts and state courts throughout the country as well as complex commercial litigation cases involving employment and trade secret misappropriation and intellectual property issues.  She has provided clients with comprehensive representation in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, drafting motions, protective orders, temporary restraining orders, briefs and appeals argued at both the state and federal levels. Liz is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.  Her federal practice admissions include the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations.  Liz received her law degree and MBA from DePaul University and her BBA from Loyola University.

Paul Vosters

President and Chief Operating Officer

Prior to founding Discovery Health Partners, Paul led HP’s Information Management Services practice for Health & Life Sciences.  In this capacity, he provided leadership oversight of the strategic and technical solutions for healthcare payers, providers, biopharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturers, and health services companies, leading to double-digit growth for the practice.  His teams were known for applying innovative solutions to client problems, and winning awards for excellence and business impact.  Prior to HP, Paul led the Health & Life Sciences practice at Knightsbridge Solutions, where he built the practice to become the company’s largest revenue and profit contributor. Successful client initiatives include reducing operational costs by 40 % for a healthcare decision support solution provider and leading the charge to develop the nation’s first statewide surveillance system to detect bioterrorism and infectious outbreaks for the State of North Carolina.  Before then, Paul held key business and technology posts at Baxter Healthcare.  His varied roles included leading the company’s global data warehousing initiative as Global Architect; consolidating 128 data centers into a single location in Europe; and running Baxter’s global supply chain, decreasing inventory by 10 percent while tripling churn.  His 20+ years of leadership and project management include ERP implementations, data management architecture, and global data warehousing solutions with windows to supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, finance, and customer service.  Paul also worked for international companies in the manufacturing and retail industries while living in Belgium, Norway, Spain and Germany.

Ronald Webster

Chief Financial Officer

Ron has decades of extensive financial leadership that includes developing, financing and operating high growth companies, from startups to multi-billion dollar organizations, in the technology, telecom, internet and financial services industries. As CFO, Ron oversees all aspects of financial management and business administration for LaunchPoint and its two divisions, Ajilitee and Discovery Health Partners, as well as plays a key role in strategic corporate planning. Throughout his career, Ron has led the financial strategy, capital funding, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and related activities for numerous companies.  Prior to joining LaunchPoint, Ron served as a Partner at Tatum, LLC, where he served as interim CFO for companies with annual revenues ranging from $150 million to $350 million. Ron also served as Executive Vice President and CFO for NuVox Communications; Executive Vice President and CFO for o2wireless Solutions; and held other key financial positions for major corporations including RCN Corporation, 21st Century Telecom Group, Trans Union Corporation and Arthur Andersen. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
