Identification
Our EDI process looks at diagnosis codes and analyzes activity over time to establish episodes of care that show recovery or cost saving potential. Our Identification Engine also mines information for chronic conditions and certain illnesses like end stage renal disease so these conditions do not generate activity that would be unproductive and potentially annoy the member.
Reporting and analysis
The Discovery Dashboard reports both transaction-level activity as well as trending and comparative reports over time. It can also support ad hoc reporting and other customized reporting.
