At the heart of Discovery Health Partner’s Intelligent Cost Containment Platform are two primary applications: the Discovery Case Manager and the Discovery Dashboard.
Discovery Case Manager℠
The Discovery Case Manager is a proprietary application that generates cases for investigation through sophisticated data mining software and houses all data and activities associated with each case in your recovery inventory. The Discovery Case Manager is able to record activities, manage by a calendar diary system and prioritize cases based upon status. Case-relevant documents are imaged and uploaded directly to the case, eliminating the need for paper files.
Discovery Dashboard℠
The Discovery Dashboard provides a range of views into your case inventory, providing interactive analytical features that quantify your cost containment efforts and a complete view of your current case inventory. The Discovery Dashboard offers transparency that enables you to view current and/or historical claim data, as well as all monthly reimbursement reports.
You have access to these two applications whether you use the Intelligent Cost Containment Platform in a fully outsourced model, in which Discovery Health Partners assumes responsibility for your cost containment initiatives, or through our SaaS offering.
